Mailbox post: €3,15 postage and order costs

When will I receive my order?
Orders received and paid before 1 p.m. on business days will be shipped the same day. Orders outside of business days will be processed the next business day. Orders are delivered by PostNL. They usually deliver the next day.

Netherlands: 1 business day (delivery also on Saturday)
Belgium: 1 to 2 business days

In some cases it may take longer due to traffic. You can track your package via the track & trace code you receive by e-mail.

If you have to wait longer than 10 days for the ordered item, you have the option to cancel the contract free of charge. Any amount paid will then be refunded.

Are you open on holidays?

On holidays, our premises are closed. Orders will be processed again on the first business day after the holiday. You can still place your order, of course.

Who delivers my order?

Our letterbox mail and postal packages are delivered with PostNL. They deliver the packages from Monday to Saturday. For abroad, PostNL works with other partners, unknown to us.

What are my delivery options?

You can have your order delivered to your home or another delivery address. You can also have the order delivered to a pickup point.

Do I have to be home to receive the package?

That depends on the products you order:
Some orders fit in a mailbox package. These are delivered in the mailbox, so you do not have to be at home to receive them.

Other orders go in a larger box, which does not fit through the mailbox. The mailman delivers the package to you personally. You do need to be at home. You will receive a Track & Trace code. This allows you to follow the delivery by the parcel delivery driver.

Can I return the products? is here to help you, not to sell you products that are of no use to you. You may return a product within 14 days of receipt. Provided the product is returned unopened/unused with all accessories, in its original condition and packaging, you will be refunded the purchase price + shipping costs.

How can I return the products?
In case of a return - even during the warranty period - you must always pay the shipping costs for returning the product to yourself. These shipping costs will not be refunded to you. You can also drop off the product at our address in Apeldoorn.

If you return a product, you are responsible for the risk of the return - damage or loss. Therefore, always keep your shipping receipt or if it is a more expensive product, please send it back by registered or insured mail.

Do I have to pay for returns?
Yes, the cost of returns is for the customer.

If you wish to return a product, please first contact to our customer service on telnr: +31 (0)85 773 2080. We can give you the correct return address and also know that your return is on its way. This ensures faster processing and refunds. Upon receipt, we will usually return the purchase price within 14 business days, but in any case always within the statutory period of 30 days.
