These general terms and conditions apply to all orders placed through this webshop. Accepting an offer or placing an order means that you accept the applicability of these conditions. Delivery time and maximum delivery time
Orders received and paid on working days before 12 noon will be shipped the same day. Orders placed outside working days will be processed the next working day. If you have to wait longer than 10 days for the ordered item, you have the option to terminate the agreement free of charge. Any amount paid will then be refunded.

Shipping costs
For mailbox mail in the Netherlands, there are 2.40 shipping and order costs and for parcel post € 4.95. For letterbox mail to Belgium and Germany we charge € 3.85 shipping and order costs and for parcel post € 6.95. Other countries are based on applicable rates from the Netherlands.

Money back guarantee is there to help you, not to sell you products that are of no use to you. You may return a product within 14 days of receipt. Provided the product is returned unopened / unused with all accessories, in the original condition and packaging, you will receive the purchase amount + shipping costs back.

Return shipment

For hygienic reasons, the following nasal showers cannot be returned:

- Rhino Horn
- Rhinicur (unless the seal around it is still completely intact)
- Nasopure
- Nasofree
- Nasuclear

This also applies to medicine jets / nebulization chambers for the various nebulizers, provided that they are still packed in the original foil.
Earplugs and nose spreaders are also excluded from the return guarantee.

After receipt, we will usually return the purchase amount within 14 working days, but in any case always within the statutory period of 30 days.

If you experience problems with paying via iDEAL from abroad, you can transfer the amount due to IBAN: NL08 RABO 013 51 30 417. When paying from outside the Netherlands, you must also enter the BIC code, being RABO NL2U. Also clearly state the order number and your name / address details. Your order will be shipped as soon as we have received the payment.

All disputes of any kind, which concern or are related to an agreement subject to these conditions, will be brought before the competent Dutch court. Dutch law is applicable.
