The women's pants are part of the DermaSilk Medical bandage clothing line. These pants are specially designed to respect, protect and support the skin of the legs.
DermaSilk Medical Dressings reduce itching, irritation and infections and help the skin recover. It is effective for a variety of conditions, such as eczema, psoriasis and acne.

Fit and sizes
The special weaving technique ensures that the DermaSilk women's trousers fit well against the skin when you wear them. This without it becoming uncomfortable. The seams of the pants are on the outside. Due to the fit, the pants can be worn under regular clothing. The pants can also be used as pajamas.
The DermaSilk pants are available in five sizes:
- S clothing size 36-38

Wear and wash
The DermaSilk pants give the best results when worn 24 hours a day. The antibacterial substance only works with direct contact with the skin. The pants can be worn in combination with medical ointment or cream. Let this soak in for a moment before putting on the pants.
The substance has been specially developed to irritate the skin as little as possible, but this makes the substance vulnerable. Therefore, the clothing must be treated and washed more carefully than normal trousers. Follow the instructions for use carefully.
Washing instructions
- By hand or machine: wool or silk program, 30 ° C.
- Use a mild shampoo or neutral detergent.
- Hand wash: rinse well with water after washing.
- Machine: wash in a separate net.
- No fabric softener, chlorine or bleach
- Allow to air dry
What is NOT allowed:
- Can be hung in the dryer or over a heat source such as a radiator
- Do not iron (not necessary)
