The DermaSilk pants are made of 100% natural silk, and you can feel it. The soft, pH-neutral substance prevents irritation and also has an antibacterial effect due to the added AEGIS molecule. The substance is free of sericin. The pants fit well due to the elastic waist and ankle straps.
The pants are part of the DermaSilk Medical bandage clothing line. This clothing line is specially designed to respect and support the sensitive balance of the skin.
DermaSilk Medical Dressings reduce itching, irritation and infections and help the skin recover. It is effective for a variety of conditions, such as eczema, psoriasis and acne.

Fit and sizes

Wear and wash
The DermaSilk pants give the best results when worn 24 hours a day. Direct contact with the substance is important for the antibacterial effect. Therefore, wear the clothing as close to the skin as possible. The pants can be worn in combination with medical ointment or cream. Let this soak in for a moment before putting on the pants.
The substance has been specially developed to irritate the skin as little as possible, but this makes the substance vulnerable. Therefore, the clothing must be treated and washed more carefully than normal trousers. Follow the instructions for use carefully.
Washing instructions
- By hand or machine: wool or silk program, 30 ° C.
- Use a mild shampoo or neutral detergent.
- Hand wash: rinse well with water after washing.
- Machine: wash in a separate net.
- No fabric softener, chlorine or bleach
- Allow to air dry
What is NOT allowed:
